Sold my truck to these guys. They flew into town and picked it up. Payment and paperwork was fast and smooth. Everyone I dealt with during the transaction was very professional. Lost a little bit of money compared to selling private but it was worth it for the smooth experience and quickness of the transaction. Keep in mind they are running a business as well. A couple weeks back, I purchased a 2021 Rubicon 4xe. The majority of the initial contact was with/thru the online sales, which was tremendously helpful, as it allowed me to go over details without pressure, and questions were answered quickly. When it was time to go in, test drive, etc, the whole process was super smooth, thanks to our sales consultant, Mason. Mason did an outstanding job answering questions and the whole process was not only well explained but also very well expedited... from the test drive to finance, and out the door. I'm LOVING this new ride... it's the second Rubicon I've purchased from Faricy, and that should tell you something, in and of itself. It's been a pleasure doing business with Faricy over the years, and I look forward to the continued experiences provided from a well run and professional business.

Having been without a vehicle for over 2 years (didn't need one during COVID), I decided it was time. Had done lots of research online and Faricy Boys seemed to always have a great selection. Went ahead and stopped by Faricy Boys to see what their current inventory was and while browsing the lot, Kerri came over to assist. Kerri was so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient (especially since I wasn't completely sure what type of vehicle I wanted though had several in mind). Kerri ended up showing me a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. It was fully loaded and well taken care of. Needless to say after test driving it, I was hooked and ended up driving away with the vehicle that evening. The process was very easy and all the staff there were great. Looking forward to a continued long relationship with Faricy Boys (the last dealer relationship I had lasted over 12 years!).

Amazing experience buying my new (used) car! I called and asked to see a specific car and they had it pulled around front ready for me as soon as I showed up. Kerri Hill was patient, open and let me test drive as many cars as I wanted. Excellent experience buying a new Wrangler High Altitude 4xe. Bought it here because of the dealer discount offer and because we had a good experience here 10 years ago when we bought a Grand Cherokee. The professionalism shown by Kerri Hill and Bryce Bervig was great. I would definitely recommend Faricy Boys. If I had to dig for one area of improvement, it would being knowing more about the gas mileage of a 4xe, although I am aware the 2024 numbers aren’t out yet.
