On vacation my truck at 8200 miles bows the transmission. Faricy took in my truck. They did zero towards their obligation per GM Customer Care to get me transportation back to Kansas. I flew home on my own dime. Kept my truck for 2 months with the ONLY communication being when I called them on status updates. My service tech was utterly inept and took a “this is all I can do attitude” instead of being determined to get things done and make things happen. Even when the truck was fixed after 2 months, he had made zero arrangements to get my truck back to Kansas, again per their obligation. Either my rep. Was towing the company line of, do as little as possible, or was just lazy about his work.

We are really chuffed with our vehicle. Aaron was really responsive and helpful throughout as was Jasmine in the finance department. We were able to complete everything remotely and have the vehicle delivered for us. Very smooth process!

My appointment was on time, executed expediently, and as far as I can tell to a high level of execution.

I always get my vehicle back with grease on the floor, seat, and ceiling where the mechanic grabs the rim to get in. I clean it up myself because I don’t trust them to do it. I only use them because of service reps knowledge

Wasted time getting my Jeep looked at because their “transmission guy” wasn’t working that day even though I set up the appointment weeks in advance. No very helpful service on top of that.
