It was a hot, gross day in Cañon City, and Johnny had the patience to answer my many questions and prepare about 10 vehicles for test drives. He, Ben, and the finance department made buying our new truck super easy.

Bran Lake is my service advisor very personable & professional & knowledgeable The express lane could use a little help when I called in for an appointment they did not answer the phone with there name and didn’t advise me with what date & times were available

They answered the phone promptly and explained everything but that took longer than I would have liked for a quote for a normal service for a vehicle. The the price I was texted after the service was complete almost $900 different than what I paid at the end due to them forgetting to charge labor. Overall the facility was clean and staff was friendly.

Brought my Jeep in for a couple of recalls. They got it ready the same day, even though they warned me it probably would take two. Got a nearly new car as a loaner. Everything was as smooth as it could be.

The Faricy Service department consistently delivers a quality result and I’ve never had them recommend an unnecessary repair.. ..a common tactic with other repair shops to increase revenue. Service manager Courtney Martinez has been there for quite some time and always has a “how can I help you” attitude. I highly recommend this shop.

The work I went in for was done very well. But… I left with an engine check lite for low battery voltage that was not diagnosed before I went in to the shop. Curious!!!????

Very professional and got my Jeep back to me as quickly as possible. This was for a recall repair the phone number on the recall notice tried to send me to other dealerships that honestly acted like they didn’t want to do the work. Faricy Jeep was the only dealership that offered me shuttle service

Jeep warranty work scheduled and the dealership quickly repaired it. I was appreciative of the shuttle to get to work as well.

Work done timely, reasonable price, did a good job, friendly staff, only thing I didn’t like was charging me 3% for using credit card.
