Service department is a fiasco. I have to drive 2 hours round trip, two trips, issue still not fixed. Spent 6 hours there for them to tell me they didn't have the correct fix. I think every customer shows up at 9 for their appointment and they get to your vehicle when they can, as opposed to showing up at nine and having your vehicle worked on at 9. I was outside at 11 when my truck drove by. Absolute madness. Why wasn't my appointment at 11? Patty at the counter was great though.

The service department has always treated me well. I'm greeted by name and with a smile. John or Hannah will always answer any questions I may have and explain any concerns that may have been found. I trust them to take care of my vehicle.

Went in for a quick oil change and tire rotation. Service was great!! Although it did take 90 minutes

This group did a great job the other day. I got there early and snagged one of the earliest appointments. They cleared up my pending, recall on my jeep and took care of me pretty quick. They had coffee waiting for me and it was 7 AM.

Everything went as planned and the service was completed in the time stated. Staff was very friendly.

Quick service car washed clerk got me in quickly. It was supposed to be 5 stars i have big fingers and hit 4 accidently

replaced 2 headlights within 2 hours after problem detected. Without scheduled appointment. Great work by desk and tech.
