The initial assumption that someone was working on the Jeep and had broken some items in the engine was false . I have been dealing Mike and his kids way over 20 years. I had code diagnosed before l brought the vehicle for repairs. Maybe in the future you may want to show some courtesy regardless what your customer looks like and don’t make any assumptions.
