On vacation my truck at 8200 miles bows the transmission. Faricy took in my truck. They did zero towards their obligation per GM Customer Care to get me transportation back to Kansas. I flew home on my own dime. Kept my truck for 2 months with the ONLY communication being when I called them on status updates. My service tech was utterly inept and took a “this is all I can do attitude” instead of being determined to get things done and make things happen. Even when the truck was fixed after 2 months, he had made zero arrangements to get my truck back to Kansas, again per their obligation. Either my rep. Was towing the company line of, do as little as possible, or was just lazy about his work.

I always get my vehicle back with grease on the floor, seat, and ceiling where the mechanic grabs the rim to get in. I clean it up myself because I don’t trust them to do it. I only use them because of service reps knowledge

Faricy from the very beginning has been an example of what a vehicle dealership should be. I base this on the fact I've been driving & buying vehicles for 49 years now. They have been there when my vehicles need servicing. A quick check up a few days later after I've gotten my vehicle back. Ashley was very friendly & helpful during my last oil change. Not just to myself but to the other customers that were there for one thing or another. The store is always clean and welcoming. Water and a few snacks are available while waiting for services to be completed.

Interesting…battery dead day after service there…AAA testing it at 250 cold cranking amps and zero charge???? New battery needed…??

Purchased my car and fined first oil changed. Good Service and Ms. Gardner at reception desk was very friendly.
