I really wanted to have a better experience, but unfortunately I won't be returning to Faricy Chrysler Jeep. Our 2024 Jeep Wagoneer began displaying low oil pressure warnings and would suddenly cut engine power while driving—obviously a serious safety concern. When I called the dealership, the woman who answered the phone was dismissive and had a poor attitude. I was initially told it would be at least a week before anyone could even look at the vehicle. After explaining that this was unacceptable for what appeared to be a major mechanical issue, I was finally told to bring it in the next morning. To give credit where it's due, the service advisor who checked us in (I believe his name was Branan) was professional, courteous, and quickly arranged a RAM rental through Hertz. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. Later that same day, I was told the Jeep was fixed and that it only needed a software update. About a week later, while towing our travel trailer with my family in over 100-degree heat, the Wagoneer overheated and broke down on the side of the road in Pueblo. Pueblo Jeep got the vehicle in immediately. Their technician diagnosed it with a failed thermostat—exactly what many other Wagoneer owners have reported online with these same symptoms. They're also replacing a trailer tow sensor, another known issue. If Faricy had properly diagnosed the problem the first time instead of sending us away with a software update, my family likely wouldn't have ended up stranded on the side of the highway in extreme heat. The service advisor earned the second star, but the incorrect diagnosis and the risk it created for my family mean I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

These people do careful and professional work. They saw that I had a tire change benefit and did it even though I did not ask for it. They made sure I made full use of the benefits coming to me. I appreciate the careful attention to detail. The Service Rep did some web-searching on my behalf - above and beyond.

The team at the service department at Faricy Chrysler Jeep is exceptional. They are courteous, respectful, understanding, accommodating, skilled, knowledgeable and honest. I feel my vehicle and my family are their priority. Everytime our truck, our only vehicle, has required extensive work, beyond its routine maintenance and oil changes, our family has experienced some unrelated challenge simultaneously. The team has shown real care and empathy for our situation and moved heaven and earth to make the required repairs a non issue in crisis we were confronting. The have expedited the work so that we didn’t miss travel reservations and non refundable event tickets all the way to making sure we got to the bedside of my wife’s father when he passed after a decade long fight against Alzheimer’s. We will never forget their sincere care. The relationship we have with the service team here is why we would consider future vehicle purchases from this dealership.

My appointment was at 2 o’clock. My vehicle wasn’t finished until 5:00. I was told changing the engine oil and transmission oil would take a little over and hour.
