Very professional and got my Jeep back to me as quickly as possible. This was for a recall repair the phone number on the recall notice tried to send me to other dealerships that honestly acted like they didn’t want to do the work. Faricy Jeep was the only dealership that offered me shuttle service

Jeep warranty work scheduled and the dealership quickly repaired it. I was appreciative of the shuttle to get to work as well.

Work done timely, reasonable price, did a good job, friendly staff, only thing I didn’t like was charging me 3% for using credit card.

The process was really smooth and they helped to get me into what I wanted and could afford.

Ashley worked with us and knowledgeable about our car and a pleasure to work with.

Got me in to my appointment very quickly. I was a bit disappointed that even after they looked at my trucks diagnosis on the computer several weeks ago, then made the appointment, I was told that they found the bad part and it wasn't available until tomorrow....No worries, now they can do the warranty recall software update too. I wanted to add to my review. I picked up my truck today, the dealership and everyone I encountered were the best. Very professional. The jobs were done very well and I was treated very respectful. Faricy Ford has gained a customer for life. Thank you for all that work there.

They did the bare minimum. Completely ignored what I asked. The service writer talked down to me from the minute I walked in and completely ignored what I was trying to tell him, resulting in none of the issues being identified. Very disappointed.

I had a self-inflicted, urgent issue with my Raptor. Hannah M got me right in and then over delivered on her completion commitment. Faricy Boys my exceeded expectation!

I hate having to go to a dealer for repairs, but the team at Faricy is top notch. Great at communication and very accommodating. I wish the dealers in my city were as good as the team at Faricy.
