Gave the service department 2 times for work (warranty and recalls). Will not again. Would not recommend. Update: Service department did fix my truck after issue. Was fixed and results are okay after this google review.

We were traveling and needed a window replaced. They were super quick to get us in and out, and on our way. Both John and Paul were great!

Service went well for new rear brakes. Two items of disappointment. (1) Couldn’t look at an oil leak because it’s a different department. Told to make another appointment as if I have time to do the whole loop again. (2) Went to pay a substantial sum and told 3% credit card charge on top. Only had my credit card as had ridden m bike to pick it up. 3% a good chunk of change on top of the repair cost. Seems for higher cost repair, would absorb. Given a repair price, but a higher payment price at the point of pickup. Would like to see Faricy Ford more customer focused verses internal process focused on their way, their results.
