This review begins in 1969. I was 17 years old and bought my first car. It was a great experience and the only time I enjoyed buying a car. Fast forward to November 13, 2024. My wife, Ruth needed to replace her car. She saw a car on the website of Faricy Boys in Canon City. I called and spoke with Renee. She answered my questions and even knew the tread depth of each tire. An hour later, I called her back and said we were on our way to look at the car. When we arrived, the car was waiting at the front door with a dealer plate on it and Craig was standing ready to take us for a test drive. On the drive, we couldn't get the backup camera and the rear heat to work. When we got back to the lot, Craig jumped right-in and got the camera and heater controls working. Ruth decided to buy the used car. Again, Craig jumped right-in with the paperwork and we were on our way home in under an hour with the car. Renee and Craig made the experience so great that I gave them each a free eyePad. The next day, the backup camera was not working. I called Craig and he said they will take care of it at no cost to us. Soon after, Renee called me to schedule the repair within the week. Not next month, not next summer, this week!!! Fifty-five years after the one and only time that I enjoyed buying a car, Renee, Craig and Faricy made buying a car enjoyable!!!!! Thanks everyone!

Even though my family and I adored our 2021 RAM, we desperately missed our previous two beloved Chrysler Pacificas. We decided last March to look at the new Pacificas, and to see if it made sense for us to trade in our RAM at that time, or to wait until we were near the end of our lease. We spoke with Brandon Wilke who provided us with a couple of good options, but we decided to wait a bit longer. Six months later, I made an inquiry on the Faricy Boys website and was contacted by Nicki Servidio. She gladly answered my many questions through numerous email messages, and we finally agreed on a day when my wife and I could visit the store and explore the possibilities once again. We were happy to learn Brandon was still there, and very much looked forward to meeting with him. He greeted us with a big friendly smile and a warm handshake, like he was seeing an old friend for the first time in half a year. He let us test drive a Pacifica S Appearance PHEV which was superb, but we had been dreaming for quite some time about the S Premium because we really wanted all those extra options. Brandon invited us to drive that one as well, and we totally fell in love! After discussing the terms that would work best for us, we agreed on a price and sealed the deal. With Adam’s help, the financing came together beautifully, and we were able to complete the paperwork lickety-split. Brandon made sure our new Pacifica was topped off and detailed, and even helped us transfer our personal belongings from the RAM. I’m incapable of describing how thrilled my wife and I were to drive away in this gorgeous new vehicle. We were blown away by our first Pacifica in 2017, and amazed to discover that they just keep improving. Finally getting into a Pacifica PHEV left us with absolutely zero regrets. We cannot thank Brandon, Adam, Nicki, and the Faricy Boys enough for helping us make this dream come true. It’s hard to imagine ever wanting to go anyplace else for our new vehicle needs!

My wife and I are safe and the team of experts made that happen. They were not deceptive and did not take advantage of us. This can not be said for other dealerships that can actually put your life in danger and smile at you while they are doing it! Please be careful buying a car. Friendly staff, no high pressure sales. We knew what we wanted to pay for the horrible, and they made it happen without a ton of negotiations. We just were in the area and wanted to see what vehicles they had on the lot, as we had been looking for a long time. They had a vehicle from another location there, and we ended up buying it because it met all of what we were looking for. Johnny was a pleasure to work with, and when we are ready for our next vehicle we will definitely come back.

Yes, many people cringe at the concept of utilizing a "dealership" for their vehicle servicing needs. I can completely understand. The key to a good experience is communication and respect, even when the diagnosis or repair time frames are more in depth than we would like. The whole buying experience was easy with low pressure, high volume in inventory, fair prices, and kind and helpful sales staff.

I took my car in for what I hoped would be a simple fairly inexpensive repair. Turns out I needed a new transmission. My service tech was awesome to work with, he gave me all the information I needed. He jumped through all the hoops to get my extended warranty going to cover the majority of the cost. He clearly explained what my cost would be and why, it was minimal compared to paying for the entire thing on my own. He provided me with a time line as to when things would probably happen and gave me a loaner car to use while mine was in the shop. The repairs were done in less time than quoted. They made the whole process seem very smooth. I would use them again.

The staff at Faricy Ford in Canon City, CO. were very helpful in assisting me in a search for a quality used car. Johnny and the management bent over backwards to assist me in the purchase of a 2019 Cadillac XT4. I tested drove it and was very pleased with the vehicle. I had a couple of questions as I was trading in with two of my vehicles. Everyone did whatever was necessary to insure that I was happy with the entire process. I first started buying vehicles when it was Dale Russell Ford back in 1984. I would personally say the the staff and the management have all improved over the years. I will not hesitate to recommend Faricy Ford Canon City, CO. to anyone wishing to purchase a new or used vehicle. They are professional, friendly, and truly try and work with the customer. By the way the financial officer was a pleasure to work with also.

This dealership was able to get me in right away within 10 minutes of arriving to fix a flat tire. They did a great job and so far it's holding air. Before bringing it to the Ford dealership in Canon City I had brought the tire to two different Walmarts in Alabama and they couldn't find the problem but it would leak 15 lbs in 15 days so so far I'm happy it's not leaking.
