Great service and friendly staff. Completed a recall and multipoint vehicle inspection. I was given a printout with 4 items that needed attention. The printout explained what items needed to be repaired plus the costs associated with each item. I was very appreciative of that!

Service department needs to sync up their front counter personnel with their online scheduling appointments. I stopped by the service department on Thursday the 17th to schedule an oil change, tire rotation, and recall notice for a software update (15 minute process) and told the first opening they had was Monday the 21st which wouldn't work for me. No other dates were available (unless I wanted to drop it off Friday 18t and they would try to work it in during the dayl) until the week of the Sept 26th when I would be out of town. I left believeling I would have to wait until my return in October. Being frustrated I left and when I got home logged into your online service website (out of curiosity, just to see if anything might be available there) and found a number of service appointments available there. I booked an appointment there for Sept 24th @ 7 am to get my 2023 Grand Cherokee L's oil changed, tire rotation, and software upgrade completed. I arrived on the 24th at approximately 6:45 am and checked in at 7 am after the doors were opened. I was told the required service would take approximately 1 1/2 hours. My vehicle left the check in area at 7:15 am and the service wasn't completed and I received my vehicle at 10:15 am 3 hours later. In the past my service at Faricy Boys has been exceptional and I've been very pleased, absolutely no complaints. I have one more prepaid service to complete, so I'll see how that goes before I seek elsewhere to get my vehicle serviced, like just west of you at AutoNation Dodge/Ram where I always had my 2015 Ram 1500 serviced for 15 years! Based on my recent service at Faricy Boys I would not recommend this dealership for any service... Now you know why I waited to complete this survey
