Even though my family and I adored our 2021 RAM, we desperately missed our previous two beloved Chrysler Pacificas. We decided last March to look at the new Pacificas, and to see if it made sense for us to trade in our RAM at that time, or to wait until we were near the end of our lease. We spoke with Brandon Wilke who provided us with a couple of good options, but we decided to wait a bit longer. Six months later, I made an inquiry on the Faricy Boys website and was contacted by Nicki Servidio. She gladly answered my many questions through numerous email messages, and we finally agreed on a day when my wife and I could visit the store and explore the possibilities once again. We were happy to learn Brandon was still there, and very much looked forward to meeting with him. He greeted us with a big friendly smile and a warm handshake, like he was seeing an old friend for the first time in half a year. He let us test drive a Pacifica S Appearance PHEV which was superb, but we had been dreaming for quite some time about the S Premium because we really wanted all those extra options. Brandon invited us to drive that one as well, and we totally fell in love! After discussing the terms that would work best for us, we agreed on a price and sealed the deal. With Adam’s help, the financing came together beautifully, and we were able to complete the paperwork lickety-split. Brandon made sure our new Pacifica was topped off and detailed, and even helped us transfer our personal belongings from the RAM. I’m incapable of describing how thrilled my wife and I were to drive away in this gorgeous new vehicle. We were blown away by our first Pacifica in 2017, and amazed to discover that they just keep improving. Finally getting into a Pacifica PHEV left us with absolutely zero regrets. We cannot thank Brandon, Adam, Nicki, and the Faricy Boys enough for helping us make this dream come true. It’s hard to imagine ever wanting to go anyplace else for our new vehicle needs!

The whole buying experience was easy with low pressure, high volume in inventory, fair prices, and kind and helpful sales staff.

The Faricy team was very helpful and efficient during our car buying experience. They worked with our budget, and had a place for our kids to relax and play. We showed up around 10:30, and were able to drive away with a new car before lunch. A few weeks later, we had an issue with the car and they covered the repairs. I've have been after a new Maverick for awhile now. Because of their popularity, that alone was a challenge. Market issues, allocations and parts shortages made the hunt more difficult. Despite those frustrations Jasmine Witmer-Bryon went beyond my expectations, and was able to substitute an almost identical truck for the one I'd ordered and was delayed in production due to parts shortages. I appreciate her working with me very much! Mark Milligan in financing was friendly and knowledgeable, and explains extended warranty benefits, etc. thoroughly without pushing additional purchases. A shout out for that. I'm glad I don't purchase new vehicles every day or even every decade, but Jasmine and Mark helped make it an efficient and painless experience.

Leo in sales and Mark in finance were wonderful with our purchase of a used vehicle. Actually made it a fun and pleasant experience. Leo had exceptional knowledge of the used vehicle which was very helpful. Both Leo and Mark were very friendly and courteous.

We purchased our Jeep Wrangler 4xe from Russell Gaik. He was wonderfully helpful, attentive to our needs, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Most of all, I was impressed with everyone we came into contact with: the service department, financing, and the helpful people at the front desk. Although the dealership was busy, we felt as though we were the only people in the place. Excellent service!

I booked an appointment online late in the evening with a generic "We'll reach out in the morning" response. Got the email to schedule a good time to come in. The online rep set me up with Sam Defrance and he was stellar. Sam was thoughtful in listening to me, did not push or sway towards a different vehicle than what I was most interested in. When I waivered on my purchase and the vehicle was no longer available, Sam reached out the moment an identical one was being shipped to the dealership. I was able to put a hold on the vehicle and as soon as it arrived I had the opportunity to drive it and make sure it met my needs. Docs were all handled on the back end so my appointment to buy was about as quick as they could make it. Sam was great with following up to ensure I understood all of the new technology and had no further questions. I highly recommend asking for Sam if you pop into the Faricy Boys Jeep dealership. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at this dealership. My husband and I have purchased a lot of vehicles and worked with a lot of dealerships and very rarely do you find one that just goes above and beyond. This dealership is one of those rare gems. I have always wanted a Wrangler and we decided to visit The Faricy Boys. We were greeted with a warm, friendly welcome from Sam who listened to our wants and needs. He allowed us the opportunity to test drive several different options before we chose the one that best fit our needs and wants. He stayed well after the dealership closed to make sure that we were taken care of through the entire process. He even went above and beyond to make sure I would be comfortable driving a manual transmission. He is by far the best salesperson we have purchased a car from. The dealership offered us a more than fair price on our trade and we felt like we got an incredible deal on our Jeep even in this crazy market. Our experience in finance was equally enjoyable and easy. Jamie also stayed with us long after the dealership closed. He made the process straightforward and easy. He clearly explained the financing terms and listened to our needs as far as warranty and extras went. He came up with the perfect package of extras for us and at a price we were comfortable with. When we were done he took the time to show us the service center and where to bring our car when the time comes. We never felt rushed or like we were putting them out even though it was a late night for them. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars but since I can’t I will sing their praises to anyone who will listen. My husband and I know where we will be buying any future Jeeps from for now on.

I recently bought a used car at the Canon City location. The person I went through was Chris. He was so accommodating and helpful that I can say that I have NEVER had buying a used car this easy. Still reeling from an Awesome Experience! Like most, I loathe going to dealerships. I'd heard Faricy Boys was different, so I gave them a try. It started with Nicki, in internet-sales. Right off, things were wonderfully different. Her quotes were in line with my research. Her and her manager even worked out a super-fair price on my trade-in! All without haggling or games. Simple, straight-forward... like any purchase should be! After finalizing numbers, I arrived to meet Sean. He introduced me to my Cherokee, answered many questions, and helped resolve my lingering apprehensions. It was still seeming too good to be true. Then in comes Kelly of F&I. And this sealed the deal between me and Faricy Boys... probably forever. Her process was also simple, up-front...with a strong hint of transparency. No back 'n forth haggling, convincing, or mind-games. Call me crazy, but... I like this! :) Overall, I'm still blown away. Why aren't other dealers run like Faricy Boys?! They made a believer out of this pessimist -- no easy chore. And I'll work with Nicki, Sean, and Kelly anytime. Do the same if you have the chance. :)

I cannot help but share the great experience I had with Town & Country purchasing a new 2021 Ram 2500 Big Horn. I live approximately 2.5 hours away from this dealership, but they had the model vehicle I was looking for. I got connected with Harley right away to work through pricing on the truck. I didn't want to drive all of the way down there just to find that we couldn't come to an agreement. Harley was great at keeping me in the loop on the status of the truck and finalizing a deal. I asked if they could prep the entire deal and have paperwork ready when I arrived since I had three children in tow, and they achieved that. I was able to arrive, test drive, and finalize the deal in just less than an hour, which is a huge victory with children not wanting to be involved with that process. Everything we had discussed over the phone was presented to me the exact same way when i arrived. Thank you to the Town & Country team for making my experience as positive as it could have been.
