Since I have moved to Salida 3 years ago I have had my Jeep serviced at Faricy. While there have been ups and downs in the past it seems this location has overcome it's precious issues and I have had nothing but great, attentive service. Christopher, my Service Advisor, always welcomes me by my name, asks how my precious servce has was and any issues since before getting into what aervice I have scheduked that day. Also a testiment to the commitment to great service, the Service Manager actually sits in the same area. Great leadership in my opinion. I will continue this relationship indefinitely.

They were great! Pulled in with some bad bouncing and they balanced my tires fairly quick and fixed my problem. Friendly and keep me posted on what was going on.

Working with Chris was a great experience - very knowledgeable, kind, solid customer service experience and care. He made our engine replacement and subsequent work easier than we expected, gave me a great loaner vehicle for the week and kept us aware at each step of the process. Loved our experience with Faricy and will be back for all our auto needs.

Faircy Ford has always been kind. I have learned to trust them, especially John. I guess we will see when the time comes to use my warranty what kind of company they really are. Will they honor what I have worked so hard to keep? I pray that all the time and money to keep truck in its warranty pays off.

Usually I received a 25 point checklist about my car’s systems but I didn’t this time ( tire wear, etc)… I like seeing wear and tear on my car)
