At my last service U did not top off my coolant reservoir nor advise me about the tread wear of my tires.

Great service, I was able to get an as appointment convenient to my schedule. My Gladiator was ready sooner than expected. Service price was reasonable. Shuttle was quick and responsive.

The service i received was friendly and competent. I wish I had more negotiating power, but over all it was a fair and reasonable deal.

Took my Gladiator in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I did not need an appointment and I waited a little less than an hour. The service representatives were very courteous. They have a nice waiting area complete with coffee, water, and some snacks. I've taken both my Wrangler and my Gladiator here for about nine years.

They tried to take advantage of me on warranty issue.ford should be able to make spark plugs and wires that last more than 17k miles. They wanted 1300. 00 dollars for 8 plugs and wires. That's a lot to me. I know this f250 is 4 years old. But plugs and wires should last more than 17k miles.with help from Ford I had to pay 500. 00. That's still a lot. Ford motor company knows they have problems with the 7.3 godzllia it all over the internet. This left me a lifetime Ford guy with a very sour taste . Not sure about your products

The dealership won't give a thorough report regarding issues with the vehicle. They do not communicate proactively. They do not work with any sense of urgency. They have no viable solutions for long-lead work. They are careless and incomplete with their problem resolution. I only go here because Jeep masks their error codes and only a dealer can read them. Once my Jeep is fixed to the point I can sell it, I am selling it and never going back to Jeep, or Faricy, ever again.

The place was clean, the workers seemed efficient, I didn't wait too long, and my car was not dirty when I got back inside like has happened at some other places
