Very bad service! Disorganized! Don’t even know if they can handle recalls! I set up appointment for a recall and they said they could do it. When I got there it turns out they can’t. They’re incompetent

Got me in at appointment time. Did diagnostics for quite some time. Truck had a sulfur smell under hood and difficulty starting. Told me what diagnostics discovered. Gave the OK to fix and I was back in my truck in about 2 hrs. Always great service here! Advisors keep customers up-to-date frequently.

Overpriced repair. Wife was turned away from service dept. Finance dept and GM did not want to fund a means to sell us a new 100k truck.

We recently purchased our second vehicle from Todd at Faricy in Salida. Like the first time, Todd made it very easy to understand the pros and cons of each vehicle we were considering. The finance team also took their time to explain the various options and, in the end, we feel we got a great vehicle at a very fair price.

They put a dent in my left Front finder, then has to keep it longer because it was making bad noise in the steering gear so far they have made everything worse.

Made an appt for a recall. First time to this dealership. Day of appt I arrrived and everyone was very welcoming and efficient. Had me checked in and settled in to wait for my recall inspection. No repair was needed so I was in and out in about 40 mins. I was impressed with the whole experience compared to dealerships I’ve been to in the past. Will definitely be back for any needs I have for my vehicle.

Couldn't figure out death rattle problem. They just added my fourth steering damper on my three year old jeep. It hides the problem , but doesn't fix it. Must go to a Jeep.\n Private shop to get it fixed maybe.
